Refund policy

  • 7-Day Return/Exchange: We offer a 7-day return and size exchange policy from the date of delivery.
  • Clothing Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange, the clothing items must be unwashed, unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all brand tags and packaging intact.
  • Size Exchanges: If the outfit doesn't fit perfectly, email us for a free size exchange (subject to stock availability).
  • COD Orders Refund: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or UPI Link after our team verifies the quality of the returned clothing.
  • Prepaid Orders Refund: Refunds for prepaid orders will be sent back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • How to Apply: Send an email to personaltopers@gmail.com with your Order ID. An unboxing video is highly recommended for damaged or wrong product claims.
